Kristin Kepsel

Kristin is a high energy, spunky personality, making sure to give hands on attention to each and every patient. She strives to always deliver high quality, compassionate care to help each patient achieve their goals.  

Kristin enjoys helping every patient, from older adults to young children with orthopedic issues, pre-/post surgical therapy, recreational to high level athletes, and everyone in-between. She utilizes research-based treatment techniques, providing every patient with an individualized plan of care. She enjoys expanding her treatment approach and has specialized certifications in manual therapy, dry needling, treatment of concussions, vestibular, Graston, and applied functional movement.

Kristin was a collegiate soccer player, and currently enjoys running road and trail races, lifting weights, playing tennis, and adventuring with her young family.   She has been helping patients return to living their best lives for the past 18 years. .
